Terms of Service Effective date: November 24, 2025 These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the DripDepot.Shop website and any purchases of products from DripDepot.Shop (collectively, the “Site,” “we,” “us,” or “DripDepot”). By accessing or using the Site and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or place an order. 1. Eligibility You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts to use this Site or to place an order. By using the Site and placing an order you represent and warrant that you satisfy these requirements. 2. Account If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update it as necessary. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or for suspicious activity. 3. Orders; Order Acceptance All orders are an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline orders at our discretion. An order is not accepted until we confirm shipment or send an order confirmation that explicitly confirms acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason (including insufficient inventory, errors in pricing or product information, suspected fraud, or problems validating payment information). 4. Pricing & Payment Prices shown on the Site are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated and do not include taxes, duties, or shipping, which will be calculated at checkout where applicable. We use third-party payment processors (for example, Shopify Payments and other card processors). You authorize these processors to charge the payment method you provide. You are responsible for all fees associated with your purchase. 5. Shipping; Risk of Loss We will ship to the shipping address you provide. Shipping timelines are estimates only; delays may occur. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier or upon delivery to the shipping address, depending on shipping method. You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivered. 6. Taxes & Import Fees You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and import fees related to your order. If international shipping is selected, customs processes may delay delivery — these delays are outside of our control. 7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges as a routine policy. Refunds will only be issued in limited circumstances and solely at our discretion (for example, for items that are materially defective, incorrect, or damaged in transit). By placing an order you acknowledge and agree that routine returns and exchanges will not be available. If you believe you are entitled to a refund or replacement under these limited circumstances, you must: Contact us at dripdepot4@gmail.com within 7 calendar days of the delivery date and provide your order number, description of the issue, and clear photographic evidence of the defect/damage/incorrect item. Cooperate with any request for additional information. If we authorize a return, we will provide return instructions. Unless otherwise instructed, you must ship the item back in its original condition and packaging. Unless we state otherwise, return shipping costs are your responsibility. If a refund is approved, we will process it to the original payment method within 14 business days after receiving the returned item or after we otherwise approve the refund. We may, at our discretion, offer store credit or an exchange instead of a refund. Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are final sale and non-returnable. Gift cards are nonrefundable. Nothing in this section limits or excludes rights that may be granted to consumers under applicable law (for example, rights related to faulty or misdescribed goods). Where local law requires specific remedies, those rights will apply. 8. Product Descriptions & Images We attempt to describe products accurately but do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content are error-free, complete, reliable, current, or free of typographical errors. Colors may vary by monitor and from batch to batch for handmade or natural items. 9. Promotions & Discounts Promotions, coupons, and discounts are subject to specific terms and may be revoked or modified at our discretion. Only one promotion code may be used per order unless otherwise stated. 10. Intellectual Property All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, images, product names, trade dress, and software) is the property of DripDepot or our licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission. 11. User Content If you post, upload, or submit reviews, photos, or comments to the Site, you grant DripDepot a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, display, modify, and distribute that content in connection with our business. You represent that you own or control the rights to any content you post and that your content does not violate any third-party rights. 12. Prohibited Uses You may not use the Site to engage in illegal activity, infringe intellectual property, harass others, submit false information, circumvent security, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site. 13. Disclaimers; No Warranties To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and products are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. 14. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DripDepot, its affiliates and their officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, lost profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products. Our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase shall not exceed the total purchase price paid by you for the product(s) that gave rise to the claim. 15. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold DripDepot and its affiliates harmless from any claim, loss, liability, demand, damages, costs, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of a third party. 16. Chargebacks & Fraud If you dispute a charge with your payment provider without contacting us first, we will investigate and may provide documentation to the payment processor. You agree to cooperate with any investigation. Repeated chargebacks or fraudulent activity may result in account termination and legal action. 17. Termination We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for other reasons at our discretion. Sections that by their nature survive termination (for example, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification) will survive. 18. Third-Party Links The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or policies of those third parties. 19. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to your use of the Site shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You and DripDepot agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Maine for any disputes. 20. Changes to These Terms We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on the Site with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 21. Entire Agreement; Severability These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and DripDepot regarding the Site and supersede prior agreements. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in force. 22.
